Winemaking ---- Day 1 pictures


All the ingredients collected and the clean jar. Wheat, yeast, pineapple, sugar and water.



All mixed, squashed by hand, closed and kept in a cool place.
Today is Day 4. Stirring again. Pictures taken on Day 1.
