Finally I am trying to make wine tomorrow. I have had books on winemaking for many years. Have read a lot on the internet but was always a bit wary of all the technical talk and the virus/bacteria thing mentioned. Did not want any upset tummies so never actually tried. But now I have a recipe from a local person who made it sound so easy that I am finally going to try. Read about it all here. Tomorrow pictures of Day 1 of Sandhya's winemaking. :)
