I got two cakes form it.
This is before I poured the glaze on it.

after it was cut and tasted. YUM.
I made almost the same but added a little more mango juice as I found 1 cup a little to less taste wise. The glaze was really good. Thanks to Anushruti, I got a pure vegetarian cheesecake.
