I have joined this Cathedral Window Sampler Quilt Along. Each few days one quilter will post her version of this block. I will be using scraps from my stash and make these blocks. I am looking forward to do this along with so many others.
When I found this 'Cathedral Window Sampler Quilt Along' I joined it so I could make a quilt quickly. Every few days one of the designers will post their Cathedral Window block and we will have 9 quilts throughout October.
Here is where I found this.

Here is first my completed block.

Now to make the second one which I just saw. A little bit daunting but lets see how it turns out to be.
Turned out to be easier than I thought. Looks good but a bit of too many short stitching lines for my liking
Third block called Modern Cathedral Window Block
It was very lovely to make and turned out to be good looking block
4th Block called Opposing Waves. Not to my liking at all. The block called for one side to be cut on the bias but somehow I just could not follow the instructions after the bias cut so I just had a straight edge and made the block.
This is the 5th block called Feathered Cathedral Window Block. Easy and lovely to make.
This was fun to make and easy too.
This is the 7th block
Some plain fabric would have been better I think.
This is the 8th block.
Very confusing but finally got it. Too many layers in certain places.
This is the 9th block
Easiest one with a lot of potential for variations.
Now to join all these to make a small quilt........
Here is the picture of the joined blocks.
